Hey everybody I found out that ILLEGAL STREET RACING has pigeons in it! They're somewhat hidden in a park (never need to go there for a race) and they don't do anything.

The panel itself is warped so I don't think it'll be able to go on anyway, but losing stuff in general...egh.
