Reminder: Thank your servers when they do something for you whether it's bringing your meal or a refill for your drink. It's the polite thing to do, costs you nothing (that said, tip!), and they are working hard and if in the US they are probably underpaid (again, tip!).

(Speaking from experience as a former dishwasher, I don't know that anyone in a kitchen or out on the floor has an easy job. At a minimum you're on your feet nearly the entire time.)
