I'm switching away from spiro soon to cypro because spiro is the worst fucking anti androgen and I can't stand the side effects.

My understanding is that spiro isn't actually an anti-androgen, its a drug that happens to have a mild anti-androgen effect which requires more of it whereas cypro is literally just an anti-androgen
