Wow, that was more gruelling than I'd anticipated. ^_^; But, it is done: my first attempt at Chicago stuffed pizza in ages. Baby corn, brown Paris mushrooms, onion, chopped sausages, hot pepperoni, sauce, mozzarella, goat gouda, and cheddar.
It is appropriately gigantic and tall. ^_^;
Not sure if there's enough sauce. I used two tins of tomatoes, reduced down somewhat, but could easily have used three. 2x125g mozz, but had to use the roomie's as well.
Will it cook properly? ^_^;
