Called amazon, after going back and forth with the rep for a bit they gave me a refund on my order.
I was half tempted to press her harder to get more than that, but decided against it.
The end issue was that the item was never shipped. I ordered it 12 days ago, it was supposed to ship on the 14th but USPS never received it.
I contacted the seller and they never responded so I was like, welp, time to go straight to amazon.

@Chel Yeah. What kills me is like. The seller has a 99% positive rating, they have tens of thousands of reviews. and it's not like this is even a complicated or expensive part, they should have surplus stock of them.
I just feel like I got unlucky and my order fell through the cracks :/
