@VerminVVitch how'd you like the game? I'll be needing something to pick up whenever my partner and I finish gloomhaven 
@Chel it's pretty fun! we've played Aeon's End (well for me only a couple times) and liked it. I haven't played Gloomhaven so I dunno how similar, but i like the store aspect since i can try different decks/strategies since the other big card game with a campaign we do is Arkham LCG, which I also like, but is much different/store is only between games.
@VerminVVitch ooo, I kinda like the Arkham LCG! though, admittedly, I didn't get too far into it. I liked the fact that they brought story elements into play though, since Arkham Horror and Eldritch Horror always kinda felt a little empty to me without them.
speaking of which I should look into how Arkham Horror 3e is doing, since I think it's out now?
...i might be mildly board game obsessed

@Chel the local friend group i basically moved into is super into boardgames so i get to play a ton now. we're doing the path to carcosa on arkham, and it's a pretty cool story about The King in Yellow and it even does stuff like- if we say his name we take mental damage
