my cell phone battery inching down to nothingness is probably life’s way of trying to tell me to get out of bed 
@Chel I fixed that problem by putting a charger in the bed side outlet.

@meimeimeixie I would do this, but the bed is directly in the way of the outlet with no good alternative positioning available
