@Chel @feathers The fries were good, and the gravy was definitely on the order of real poutine gravy.
The cheese curds, though, were way too strong. Even
@feathers thought so. They need to be about 1/4 as strong, maybe even milder than that, to work with poutine. I don't think there's anyway to get cheese curds that mild in the US, as the populace at large seem to like stronger cheeses.
