Bang Bang Kitchen has some damn good (albeit pricey) burritos, off the Othello light rail station.
The green chili sauce is ✨ WONDERFUL ✨, and the sopapillas are just tasty af.

@Chel Ahh, that's something (of many, admittedly =:) I so miss about the City - really *good*, not expensive Mexican food. $10 or so gets you a super burrito with extra meat at El Farolito, enough for a meal and a late snack. ^_^
Always a wonder watching them at work - so incredibly rapid, even with all the elements involved.

@porsupah Portland was very good for places like that!
There were a lot of really wonderful foodcarts that had all manner of food - including, but by no means limited to the best fish and chips I've had in my life... not to mention some utterly incredible burritos. One of my favorites served up burritos done with Korean inspired ingredients like bulgogi and kimchi fried rice. It was incredible. 
I look forward to moving back next year

@feathers @porsupah coincidentally, 10th and Alder is exactly the block I was talking about! 😅
I never had a chance to try Korean Twist, but I was/am very fond of The Frying Scotsman, Samurai Bento, Thai E-San, and a lot of places who's names have since faded in the four years since
It was about eight blocks for me, making it a decent little trip to get to - but one that was well worth it.

Huong's is great too, but sooooo slow omg. We used to call it "value", lonnng story. Frying Scotsman was great, though I couldn't understand half of what the owner said, it was lovely to chat with him while he cooked. Love the Grilled Cheese Grill, the Chinese crepe cart, I dunno... lots of great carts there.

Korean Twist is in that 10th and Alder cart pod. I used to work two blocks away and all my coworkers were obsessed with the place, for good reason.
