You could, of course, circumvent this strategy by learning how to shift your centre of gravity at will. Simply transfer your entire body weight to your toes, while distributing only minimal body weight required to actuate buttons to your hands, leaving the rest of your virtually weightless. Then you could stay in bed even though only your toes are actually touching the bed.
