Keep an eye out for Thai True and Thai Home curry pastes, though they're admittedly reeeeaally hard to find.

They're both gluten free and vegan, and are the only pastes I've had any degree of luck with... both local to Portland, OR though, though...

@NinTheFolf What kind of curry have you been focusing on? I've mostly been looking at Thai yellow curry.

I've had some limited success with some small name semi-local curry paste brands, but it always feels like it's lacking something vital and fundamental.

@NinTheFolf being able to make good curry is like my number one cooking goal, tbh

@emaree Red Velvet has been my main go-to, with Red Flavor being (imo) a good starting point. Runner-up probably goes to Dreamcatcher, for having a fun faux-horror sort of style in their videos and such
