Everyone has a friend that they didn't know how to help through a rough time, be it suicide or other.

I feel like this article puts to light what we can do, either as just friends or as therapists for suicide prevention.

it's weird for me to finally have a name for something that has been plaguing me for 15 years or so

it's an indictment of the medical establishment that it literally took me 15 years to find a medical professional that took my chronic pain seriously, listened to me, and actually did something to help me

ah well, at least i can move on... wait no. you don't actually get to move on from this, but at least i have a diagnoses; the lack of clarity was really bothering me
