@Eweish I can’t speak to leather specifically, but I’ve stretched some shoes in the past by putting a bottle of water into them, and then leaving them in the freezer. The water freezes, expands, and stretches the shoes

no clue if it would work well in your specific case, but it could be worth looking up I suppose?
