I'm joining the comittee at work to help us get Gender Neutral Restrooms set up.

I'm the only out trans girl in the office, so i have a vested interested in setting this up.

In the discussion of how this works, there have been some concerns about dudes when urinals are not available, and concerns that without redoing plumbing (pun intended) so that there is a combination of urinals and stalls in each bathroom, people will just go to the restroom with the equipment they're used to, and this might be an obstacle for anyone at the company who is not "out" yet

Do any of y'all have links to research?
