Kuleba: Russian UN presidency "bad joke"
On April 1, Russia will take over the presidency of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
"Russia is waging a colonial war; its leader is a war criminal wanted by the ICC for kidnapping children. The world cannot be a safe place with Russia at the UNSC."
The last time Russia commanded the council was in February 2022 – at the same time the Kremlin attacked Ukraine.
