Jameson owner Pernod Ricard resumes Russia sales
When asked about the availability of Jameson whiskey in Russia, a company spokesman said that since the war began, the company has prioritized "protecting local workers both in Ukraine and in Russia."
Pernod Ricard, which owns Ireland’s biggest-selling whiskey brand Jameson, has resumed supply of brands to the Russian market having previously suspended sales there in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Last week, the Sunday Independent confirmed various Jameson products were available on a popular Russian alcohol website with stores in the country’s capital city, Moscow.
Just if you were looking for yet another brand to boycott. Jameson and everything else owned by Pernod Ricard seems like a good match together with Auchan and Nestlé.
