@distelfliege I need to do "no eyes hours" every day too... but I don't. Maybe I should try to combine it and just sit there an listen to audiobooks. I don't know if I can do this..

Now... I should start thinking about things I can do with my time that doesn't involve using my hands. Because my arthrosis is getting worse. But I NEED to use my hands all the time. How can people just don't do anything with their fingers??
I just cleaned my mom's apartment for 4 hours, while she is away for a few days to care for my aunt. She will be so surprised when she comes home tonight :D
