somehow chrome now colours inactive tabs as the windows accent theme colour even through a reinstall of chrome and i have no idea how to fix it
first the whole thing broke completely, unable to open anything including the new tab page and settings so i reinstalled it and now it looks like a rendering bug
i super hate this
at least this finally made me get off my ass and switch to firefox
@LaserScheme I'm getting the feeling that it's probably going to be hardcoded behaviour. 
looks absolutely awful and there's also a thin black border on the sides and bottom of every window
