Rinnosuke canonically owns the only PC in all of Gensokyo. knows what it is called and what its used for but lacks the competence to turn it on. this is not a bit.

@Nine it was a wild. one episode the main villian kidnaps THE NARRATOR and makes him read his fanfics. this show came out in like 2004. way ahead of the postmodern fad curve. anyways yeah one episode a guy from the future (of 1994) brings in gameboys to enslave the realm. he makes them work for batteries.
