the last couple times i've had supervision with my boss she's gone silent, closed her eyes and said "something's not being said"

then she sits in silence for a bit longer and lifts her arms slightly and says "no it's not me. it's something you're not saying"

all of which is very uncomfortable and a very great way to make me say any old shit to break the silence

needless to say she's into homeopathy and reiki and juice cleanses

or maybe

she's right!! what does she know that i dont

@envgen
"What's not being said is probably not what you want to hear but apparently you want to push the issue so I guess what I'm not saying is that you are creeping me the hell out and being exceptionally weird and it's making it really hard to do my job, let alone feel comfortable around you and I'm considering talking to hr about this issue" is also an acceptable, if "nuclear option" response.
