Like, I've purchased from Lovehoney myself, and what happens is you can select a local post office for it to be dropped off at, then they send you, personally, an email when it's arrived with the collection code. then you just go to the post office with that code say on your phone, and ask to pick it up. I think as far as ID goes you just need to bring a debit card or whatever with your name on it. that's all.
