@MochiWaifu the question is...
will the megadrive mini have the Megadrive 1 FM synth chip, or will it have the "fixed" version for the MD2 and 3?
...because if it's either of those, or worse, an even cheaper system-on-a-chip emulation version that isn't the actual hardware, it's gonna sound like ass. ;;
@Nine i'm very sure hardware wise it'll be a generic linux SOC and all the games are emulated. But!! This time, unlike the other sega mini consoles that were AWFUL, this time Sega's doing it in house. M2 (the people doing the Sega Ages ports on switch etc) are doing the software and i feel like they'll be able to nail it!
@MochiWaifu Oooh, hopefully so! The sega ages ports are usually pretty good.
