okay I'm looking for Xinput pads to use on my pc that will be good and the SteelSeries Stratus XL looks pretty nice and doesn't seem TOO bad...

If anybody has any suggestions that AREN'T any of the xbox pads, or aren't laid out like the xbox pad at least, and are good build quality and response on the buttons, other than the steelseries one, I'm all ears.

also y'know I'd like to avoid razer.

Oh. damn. that one requires AA batteries. rahter than, you know, a usb rechargable one. because obviously. ugh.

@Nine have you considered the 8bitdo SN30? we have one and find it really nice to use--though it does have the form factor of a super nintendo controller, which may not be the most ergonomic thing ever made

@Felthry
I have, though I'll definitely need one more ergonomic. I've never really liked how the SNES pads felt in my hands. The buttons and the appearance were incredible, but I just didn't like the form factor

@Salith ooh neat, though I kinda specifically want an xinput one so I don't have to deal with DS4windows for non-steam games D:

@Nine Well DS4Windows works fine as long as the connection is stable. I'm guessing your cable is slightly faulty (or the connector is)

@Nine Want to borrow my PS4 pad? or you could use Miquel's?

@Salith nah I got a proper ps4 pad. I think it's likely the USB connector in my case front. both fo them. they're.... kinna... wiggly.
