me playing this super mario picross game on SNES emulation: Oh cool I unlocked Wario's puzzles, this is more like it, I don't get pestered if I want a hint or not and the timer doesn't tick down so I got as long as I want even though I don't need that long because dang I love picross and I'm good at them... Oh hey! This puzzle's of a fish! :D
game: lol no *shows the coloured in version of the picross grid and then plays an animation*
me: oh it's a bomb. o_o;

@Nine
mario puzzles : come here fishie fishie
wario puzzles : g a r l i c c

@Ronflaix i swear to god the first Wario puzzle was literally just one fuckin' dot in the 10x10 grid and I just fuckin died giggling.

@Ronflaix oh my god this one was of a monkey and its animation is it checking left adn right and then giving its crotch a good scratch wtf

ew

@Nine At least it didn't go the scratch'n'sniff path :|

re: ew, silly

@Nine Crossover with Earthbound: "This monkey stinks!"

re: ew, silly

@Ronflaix honestly an Earthbound Picross game would be the most surreal fuckin thing imaginable I'm sure

re: ew, silly

@Nine That's a thing I now require in my life.

re: ew, silly

@Ronflaix Mr Saturn mode, where all the puzzles are just Mr Saturn sprites doing various things. because

re: ew, silly

@Nine Suddenly realizing that Sierra Death Generator doesn't have a generator for Earthbound text dialogs. D:

re: ew, silly

@Ronflaix ...honestly quite surprised, I could have sworn it did?

re: ew, silly

@Nine There is another site that does that. IIRC Foone's goal was to make text generators only for games where the screenshot and the input text would have a funny contrast. EB's dialog box is rather generic, I guess that's why it's not listed

re: ew, silly

@Ronflaix this is... a fair point. You'd probably have to do more work than just a little dialogue box for Earthbound to make it any good. Probably why Undertale's entry is just the logo text.

re: ew, silly

@Nine I can imagine difficulty modes like a Mr. Belch or a weird mode for Mr. Saturn
