like, did you know that the Coal Authority here in england is part of who has to be contacted to make sure the property isn't previous/currently/potentially in the future going to be mined for coal via all various means including opencast, whether any faultlines or whatnot might make or have made the property foundations and landscape unstable, whether it's within 800 miles within such areas, whether coal even EXISTS there or nearby, if subsidance is a risk or not, mine entrance locations, etc
I did not. until today. this is a seven page document that lays out in no uncertain terms EACH of these things individually. holy fuck.
