@jk i mean, on the other end of the scale there is "Exploding Head Syndrome" which... does not actually literally cause heads to explode.
...though it might figuratively do when you find out what it describes.

@jk I used to (and thankfully haven't had one for a while) get a ... I wanna say headache? but it never lasted long. It literally felt like some kind of ice cold giant razor blade sliced through my head, from the back to the front, rapidly, ending up usually behind one of my eyes. It'd happen, it'd be agonising and it'd be gone within a few seconds but it was massively painful, literally took my breath away and fucked me up for a good half hour afterwards from the dizziness it caused.

@jk I THINK they're called, somewhat appropriately, Ice Pick headaches or some shit. Those are bad enough. I looked up Cluster headaches and those sound like that but WAY FUCKIN WORSE because they last way longer and... daaamn D: D: D: I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
