Lappland clearly has some kind of agenda, and... given the Code of Brawl event going on right now, it seems Texas and Lappland BOTH have some connection to the Siracusian mobs. I'm guessing Texas got out and wanted to go legit, and Lappland knew her when she was deep in the mob itself, and I dunno, maybe it's a Spike Spiegel + Vicious thing going on.
