@Nine i thought it was melon flavoured before i tried it, but it is indeed not! it just refers to the shape, although some recipes (western ones, afaik) put melon stuff in it >w>
It's bread, but with like, cookie dough mixed in, so the outside is kinda crisp, it tastes slightly sweet and sugary, and the inside is nice and fluffy bread

@MochiWaifu I will def go back to japan one day I have to. not just to eat melonpan but just because I had such a lovely time and I want to be able to enjoy it more again and take some more photos and visit that lovely hotsprings inn in the mountains again they were so nice there ;;

@Nine I want to visit one day and take so many photos!!!! But it's so expensive, and worse, i'm already having a hard time doing 1 hour flights, i really really can't see myself do any flights longer than that and it sucks T_T

@MochiWaifu yeah it was a ridiculously long haul flight and fuck i couldn't sleep one wink at all on the flight even though we were in business class and had like... fold back seats that turned into beds to ourselves fuck
