why cant they make gdpr ad cookies per-device? or at least make a browser extension that says no to everything for you

@envgen because shitty companies who like to mine data and who knew about the GDPR for months and months and months didn't want to have to follow rules they already should have been following in the first place, and want to exhaust users into just accepting out of weary resignation.

@envgen I say this utterly seriously, because I've noticed that if you DO accept all cookies, it NEVER BUGS YOU AGAIN, but if you refuse them all, it CONSTANTLY asks you again, and again, and again.

Hell some sites just go "oh no we're sorry gdpr snuck up on us over the space of half a year we had NO TIME to get ready so until we decide to fix it we can't serve you our site booo hooo ;w;" and never bother to fix it.
