ngl im not a fan of how the SM64 DS port gets overlooked.
it was really fun and also my first experience with SM64.
plus it had download play multiplayer with some yoshi minigames
like. thats BEGGING for a switch rerelease with local link multiplayer. commmmeeeee oonnnnn
@compufox I keep hearing really great things about the SM64DS port but I think my r4 card is fucked so no SM64ds for me :<
Maybe the switch version coming with All stars will have all the DS features too... maybe... ... prolly not ;;
@Nine it doesnt look like it :/ looks like a straight port of SM64
the ds one was really fun! being able to play as the different characters was a neat little gimmick, but i can def see the argument being made that it was just like a time filler (each of the characters took up one of the special abilities that mario gets in normal sm64: only wario can become metal, only lugi can phase thru grates, etc)
