this take also brought to you by the fact that not only does duke 3d (misogyny game) overshadow Blood 1, so does shadow warrior (extreme racism game)
the racism game even has a reboot series that’s soon to be (maybe even already) 3 entries deep
atari give the blood ip to either nightdive or newblood challenge so that we can get a new blood game that’s good

@Nine atari at this point is basically just a holding company for all the things that infogrames bought before they also bought the atari name and slapped in on themselves and they almost never let go of anything
