TobyFox wrist got fucked up somehow and it's really put a damper on his ability to code and write music, so it slowed down dev A LOOOOOTTTT, but he's got a team working with him now so it should be... still doable? He's definitely not stopped though. There's a big explaination of it on the deltarune site last I checked
