it looks like the joker has become the jokee

jokee: someone who is the recipient of said jokes
jokemonger: someone who sells supplied jokes at a store or premises or market stall
jokermart: a large corporation for the express purpose of distributing jokes to the public, but which has been pushing out smaller, independent jokemongers for years.
