@theoutrider heck I finally know what this is now . apparently it's a Scottish dish, basically analagous to England's "Bubble & Squeak", where you take like, leftover veg from the sunday roast dinner (roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas and so on) and fry them up together?

....what a fuckin' name tho.

...granted "Bubble & Squeak" isn't much better either.
