@tom My dad had a goddamn Enya tape in the car when I was a kid and every so often he'd put it on, on a long drive, and I'd doze off to it and wake up with that song, or various others, playing. I'm gettin' wild nostalgic memories here.
@tom aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand now I have thius stuck in my head, thanks.
@pup_hime
I mean even if you were an image bot, you're the nicest one.
You know, I watched Cabin In The Woods and when the stoner guy is introduced I was genuinely like "holy fuck Shaggy from Scooby Doo is in this movie?? The fuck??" But it turns out he's not. But I swear he's based off him. I mean he practically pulls up in a Proto-Mystery Machine.
I forget who plays him but if Matt Lillard didn't exist he'd be a dead ringer for a live action Shaggy
@Felthry
This is fair. (Though I think either I would have made the joke better or not made it at all if I had any more concrete knowledge of either source material as well.)
@em
"Fool me four times? I'm reporting you for hacking/sploits hope you get banned, cheater."
@Felthry
That's okay. It's a pretty bad one tbh, just playing off how similar Mnemonic and Memetic look in text, the film/book title Johnny Mnemonic, and how devoid of substance the book/film Ready Player One is in favour of filling it with pop culture references like it's a teen-age first attempt at fanfiction (much like how a lot of memes rely on pop culture and what are basically just wider ranging in-jokes in communities)
yeah i'm moving over to chitter.xyz now. Soooo go there! I'm there now.
