apparently theres a variation of mori girl fashion called dark mori and it literally what an actual witch would wear

one last thing from prepping for this webcomics class. i'm going to do an exercise on elevator pitches where everyone makes up a ten-word pitch to accurately encapsulate a famous piece of media. these are the examples i came up with

the point of the exercise is that you need to be able to summarize your stories succinctly and clearly in order to sell them. the other, secret bonus point of the exercise is that elevator pitches are always at least a little bit bullshit

this is my favorite virgin & chad meme bc it's actually wholesome

These kobolds are on an adventure! One is having a little more fun than the other though...

So.. I'm designing a food system for a 4X / strategy video game, and I have the following categories of plants:

Trees, with/without fruit.
Bushes, with/without berries.
Grasses, with/without edible grains.

I also want to include tubers and legumes somehow. Legumes might be modelled as a special grain, or.. something.

Am I missing something?
Do I have some bad biases I'm not noticing?

For serious that's the most frustrating. Like geez, it's like they don't WANT anybody's password to be secure or memorable

re: question, a slur apparently??

@Felthry I still have british spelllings but since I spent a LOOOT of time online since I was like... 15 onwards, I uh...

yeah I've managed to start spelling things in american ways sometimes. Oh, I still always spell with a u in the words, and such.and I use biscuit instead of cookie of course, but the "-ise" instead of "-ize" or whichever way it's around, that I get confused ALL the time ^^;

re: question, a slur apparently??

@Felthry oh yeah for serious. I still catch myself occasionally saying Extremely British Things online that nobody else who isn't british will ever get and then being confused when predictably the entire community of largely non british people don't get it. ^^;

Bloodborne / food joke

@Fenreliania "Ah Kos, or as some say, GNU + Kos"

re: question, a slur apparently??

@Felthry no no, it's okay! I fully understand it's kinda a cultural thing, so I don't begrudge you at all. ^^ You had no way of knowing ahead of time without being told about it ^^

Affectionate

@BatElite *makes an exceptionalyl good snuggly pillow for sleeping with!* ^^ sleep well, frien! *snugsnugs*

re: question, a slur apparently??

@Felthry Yeah basically. I used to hear it a LOT when I was younger. Since my mum's from India originally. I'm white passing as fuuuuuck though, so I never got called it myself, but my little brother did a lot :(

question, a slur apparently??

@Felthry even if, of course, they aren't actually from Pakistan and are from Sri Lanka or India, or anywhere else in that area of the world. because you know, racism doesn't actually care about anything but skin colour or racial differences. my country is a trashfire hahahaha aghhh
