ah, the mods don't work. they're "installed" but when I start the game up it... does not work. the mods aren't doing anything.

...gonna try reinstalling the mods.
see if that works

Welp something broke with Staxel last night I guess?, hopefully the mods work tho

well that lets you make your tea far too late...
COMING SOON, 2019
EVERYWHERE BAGELS

so I decided to have a quick look at the mods for Staxel, just like "hm, well I probably won't download any, but it's worth having a look if there's anything cute in there that might be interesting once I've played it vanilla for a bit"

then I saw a kobold mod

fuck vanilla I wanna play a kobold!!

@gdkar fklajsfk dyes i dunno why but I kinda like the smell of fresh tarmac going down? Not like, a super amount? But I kinda do like it??? and... I dunno, the texture of that sorta pavement/tarmac stuff is... nice?... I dunno why I like it, it reminds me of flapjacks though?

...

except stones instead of oats.

@popefucker @em this is true. There are plenty of pagan types who are pushing back, and not willing to let a culture they love get coopted

@modernmodron the second. putting the nose in is like... violently chaotic.

i don't thikn you understand quite how much i need River City Girls right now

EDF4.1 is jank as hell.

But ...kinda delightfully silly??

but also pretty jank as hell. Also that big walker boss monster is just... broken as fuck.

Okay Staxel first, has some lovely music.
second, i can play as a cat person which is pretty rad. I mean, sure it'd be nice to be an actual anthro cat I guess but eh I'll take it. they got big bappy pawbs nonetheless. (the other choices are human and elf so eeehhhhh)
third: there is a girl with pigtails and a labcoat who ABSOLUTELY WANTS TO MAKE IT CLEAR SHE WILL NOT experiment on me at all.

...

I think I love this game?

@masklayer we need to find your bottom or else everything is gonna fall outta you :<
