@pupy (the circle pad on the new 3ds xls are garbage sadly yeah. they're tiny little things and really uncomfy to use, I dunno what they're like on the new 2ds xl tho. ...honestly while the performance difference is very noticable between the new models and the original XL and regular models of 3ds/2ds, (the new ones are faster and better at processing overall as well, forgot to mention that, especially noticable on load times with MH4U) the circle pad pro addon for the OG 3ds and 3ds xl is <3

@pupy yeah there's like, no point getting it for the games that use it, really, but it DOES have a better quality screen and battery life and better 3d calibration and execution (on the 3ds models anyway) plus the circle pad is absolutely awesome regardless and super useful for any game you play that would normally require a secondary joystick such as any of the monster hunter games. ... ...

...actually I think it's mostly just them, huh.
