You know... this is sorta starting to play out like some kind of cold case murder mystery thing and... I guess I'm into it? I'm genuinely kinda fascinated, and there's some cool perks you can get from this mod too.

World design is pretty rad. It's obviously modelled after a vault (at least this bit) but the author has definitely made it their own thing as well, and there's some neat touches.

I'm somewhat quiet about this new FONV Mod I'm playing becuase I still have not made my mind up about it. It keeps throwing me curveballs and I am not sure what message it's gonna go with just yet.

On one hand, AI robot friembs! on the other... where ya goin' with this story buddy? What's your message here??

It's not giving everything away just yet, which I appreciate, but I really don't want to get really invested and go through all this to find out the message is "FASCISM IS COOL ACTUALLY"

see isolated thunderstorms are the ones that give a loud boom of thunder and then either are really proud of themselves and do it again, or are really quiet after and morose because nobody is around to hear them and see how good their thunder was.

Scattered ones are the ones where you hear only part of the thunderstorm, and other places around hear the other bits, and you gotta like, download the whole thing via a stormTorrent file and get all the pieces together.

@tom (I mean to be fair I only really like the weird coloured vinyl records, like that clear purple one there that's fuckin' neat I don't care what fuckin' song is on it I'm never gonna play it but I just wanna touch and feel and see through that pretty-ass record y'know?... omg minidiscs need pretty coloured internal discs as well as cases :O :O :O )

@envgen @Linda christ it's like one of those friggin 80s comedy show things where a house collapses around someone with the walls falling inwards on them and then the roof plopping down.

...but the opening cinematic immediately goes into how this library was made because its very rich creators were "concerned about the political unrest around the world" before the war, and wanted to make sure they collected every book and literary work and science etc, and protect it from "censorship and destruction due to political agendas".

THAT part made me go "uh oh..." for obvious reasons :/

I mean, the last one is the guy going "oh my fuck what the shit... Why the fuck are we all trying to go back to the pre-war world!? If these books are true like this damn library claims, then the old world was absolute SHIT! Holy FUCK. What is WRONG with us!?", so I'm like "Yeah that sounds about right, cool."
