#ActuallyAutistic, #ActuallyADHD, and other #Neurodivergent / #Neurodiverse people, do not join Viomi's instance.

To be very clear, shiv (that's Viomi's pronoun) gatekeeps Neurodiversity very heavily, and you are only Neurodiverse if you agree with shiv.

Even if that weren't heavily ableist, or shiv didn't talk over POC while acting like shiv's the Lorax of BIPOC people, I am genuinely concerned for viomi's mental state right now, and I do not think shiv is in any state to run an instance right now.

Also I won't be able to see you because of the #Fediblock warning. (Elekk has already blocked the instance) And I want to talk to my ND friends!

To be clear, I am all for second chances, and the benefit of the doubt when it comes to Neurodiverse people, but viomi burned every bridge and is not making a good faith effort to repair them. You can be all sorts of Neurodiverse things while not being an asshole. The thing is you give it your best try and you apologize when people that know better than you say you're doing something bad (I'm mostly speaking to white people here to be clear)

No, #mastoadmin crew, suspending an account does not violate the GDPR, no matter what bad-faith actors might tell you. The GDPR relates specifically to data that can uniquely identify a natural person in the physical world. The only data Mastodon collects that falls under that purview is email address and a combination of latest IP address and latest connection time - and suspending an account doesn't remove that information from the database, although you can do it manually.
