@jk no but Textreme might help in that aspect. https://ash-k.itch.io/textreme
@monorail paws for thought
@jk sdkfjklsdfs this is such a good idea ferret network
@Kaffe@glaceon.social ...my immediate thought is CP Violation which is a really good, tense opening to a bass heavy combat theme.
Triage at Dawn is a more morose sounding track that fits the "extremely half life 2" descriptor and is used a lot in other things too. Very short track tho.
Though I've not heard it often , Kaon is a good HL2 track, i'm... more reminded of Duke 3d by it tho rather than Halflife 2 lol.
"You're Not Supposed to Be Here" is a good D&B/breakbeat styled combat track.
@matt huh. maybe I should stop using the juicero as a sandwich press...
why is every sci-fi spaceship mechanic like a car mechanic when cars are just "replace this part with the same or similar part or else your car will be fucky" when it'd be way cooler if they were like PC builders where it's just fuckin "yeah i ripped out half the internals and took a dremel tool to the casing so i could assemble a ridiculous cooling loop out of 30 parts that weren't designed for it and now it runs 3% cooler" while everyone looks at it like it's about to explode
@avie@awoo.space i dunno who this band is or how big their catalogue is but i just wanna say I would fucking love for an artist or band or group or whatever to fuckin drop an album and like, on the cover/back of the cover one of the track names is the exact same as a previous song they've done but when you actually look at the filename/metadata it says "[song name that's duplicated]_aaaaa_final_final_2"
@fenns yes *nods sagely* Absolutely.
yeah i'm moving over to chitter.xyz now. Soooo go there! I'm there now.
