@elfi@pixie.town ...okay genuinely getting weirded the fuck out now. This "Stellar Corruption Detected" planet ALSO has no animals or other life... aside from plants... and also said it had lots of fauna on it... ._____.;;;;
@elfi@pixie.town that would be friggin rad honestly but sadly that would require that to be hand crafted and deliberate rather than procgen lol
@KitRedgrave Like, there's a Pillared planet in this sytem, that was pretty rad, no fauna there either. I'm just checking out a planet that says "Stellar Corruption Detected" for its biome. :o never seen that before
OH, YEAH, I FORGOT. the planet info says there's copious fauna and bountiful flora. Well, there's a ton of flora that's for sure.
...when you look at the discoveries tab tho... It says "No planetary fauna". and... there isn't.

In a system in NMS where ther'es like, three whole exotic/glitch biome planets so far out of like, six planets total, and the CREEPIEST planet I've been to in it so far, is the one that is just a bog standard scorched planet with cacti and occasional firestorms.... but EVERY. SINGLE. STRUCTURE, EVEN TRADEHUBS, HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO NPCS IN THEM. EVER.
No ships land, aside from mine. It's utterly, UTTERLY lifeless.
If I haven't uploaded it yet I think I might rename it HotSauceOnCreepyPasta.

@dzuk@weirder.earth I was about to ask "what about the FNAF series" but thinking about it that's about as far from detached as possible considering you're using the CCTV in the buildings to STOP yourself getting killed by haunted animatronics, so like... well... NOT getting 'detatched' is kinda the mission of the game lol

@wandrew take the left track and you can definately do a sweet ollie over your buddy without harming them, but take the straight path and while it's harder and there's a chance of wiping out hilariously badly, if you manage to pull it off, it's gonna look slick as hell and your friend on the left track is gonna be so jealous.
