@monorail but now I'm imagining like what if there was an error at one point mid frantic combat and like, he holds up a hand to get the HECU soldiers to stop fighting him for a second while he fixes the error, then hits play again, and just frowns when fuckin'... nyancat comes on full volume... and he just sighs, shrugs, and starts fighting again anyway.

@monorail okay now I am just imagining that all the ingame music for HL1 is actually on Gordon's built in mp3 player in his HEV suit and just... he's queuing up music tracks as things happen because he's that Extra.
