It's WILD holding a ps2 pad though. it feels... strangely light and unnatural.

Welp, ps2 works just fine on this dinky little Samsung TV. Picture is just a touch blurry though. Wonder if that's just the scart connection being funky or the TV as old as it is, is trying to upscale

ugh why did I think getting this game was a good idea omfg. I mean I love it but I goddamn HATE this particular bit of it.

okay no just quitting burnout paradise remastered again because the 500GT burning route is a cheating shitcock that pushes me down the wrong routes constantly because of "COINCIDENTAL" traffic forcing me to evade which makes the car slide oh so comfortably down the wrong route every fucking time or unavoidable cars that pop up over small hills I can't see until I hit themat full speed. FUCK this fucking game. holy shit.

Fucksake, it flashed up the route I had to take which took me FURHTER AWAY from the finish. goddammit this fucking game just outright cheats.

@puppy@chitter.xyz I remember getting stuck on at least two cars burning routes and I am 99% sure the 500GT is one of them. Oh it looks beautiful, but holy shit it's the worst car I've come across so far. it's utter horse balls.

I also hate how not being able to unlock its upgraded version is pissing me off

seriously if you make a turn, I hope you like still turning in that direction afterwards even if you're fully pushing the other direction and going into spins because this car is fucking worthless in the extreme. It handles like shit, it goes too fast for this worthless handling so by the time you see something that willw reck you, it's already too late, and if you wanna make that Burning Route time, you need to be constantly boosting, doubling these problems.

aaaah now I remember the bits about Burnout Paradise I don't like.

the soundtrack for one (large portions of it I just...don't like at all :/ also I really don't like G&R as a general rule. I find their music ... generic, annoying and I relaly don't like the vocals or melody. I just can't enjoy it.)

also the 500GT or something whatever it's called. Its burning route is just bullshit. It glides around like it's on ice constantly.
