so i mean yeah I cheated hugely to get through the entire game but I feel no guilt and heck I had SOME fun but not a whole lot. It was pretty disappointing in all honesty

Oh and also there's this horrific timing bug on windows 10 where ninja float in slow motion as they jump , and Chapter 8's "The Getaway" is impossible to complete without a level skip because you outrun the target and get stuck as he pauses to "let you catch up" indefiniately.

also the stat levelling system is punishing. It costs a lot of points to level up, you won't earn enough points to max out everything so you have to choose carefully what to level, and you move and hide and act so slowly at the start it's nigh impossible to not be detected even on easy.

Oh and it's also pretty racist at several points. :/ The entirety of the India section. holy fuck.

oh yeah I dunno if I mentioned but I completed NOLF2.

...I mean gameplay wise it's good, it's got some good mechanics, but it's poorly executed. It purports to be a stealth game but the problem is you are actively punished by its systems for not killing anybody and just knocking them out. They just get back up again once they wake up and go into alert mode, rearming themselves magically, then breaking patrol routes and making levels take FOREVER to navigate.

@loki yeah they used up their fireworks allowance for 4th of july already too so I guess they had to make do with food being the major part of the celebration instead. I mean you can always default to food for celebrations

well the windows are being washed, and this involves a brush pumping water and stuff through it on the end of a long stick to get the ones on the roof where my room is in (attic conversion). This of course spooks Kami and Misty because they're like "AUH WHAT HTE HELL IS THIS STRANGE ALIEN CREATURE SUDDENLY AT THE WINDOWS!?"

Kami runs and hides, Misty watches it like prey.
