Like I only JUST realised after trying to just organically create a sona that was "me" that it WAS me. that I'd put so much of myself in them and hteir mannerisms and it finally just clicked and "oh...OHHHhhhh..." ...also about the time it began to click I was trans ._.;

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town I think the last redesign was based partly off Vash the Stampede and something outta Fallout New Vegas? Kept having swords tho. because swords were rad. Eventually, I made Ren as a character, but never really put much thought into it, just sorta... randomly made a non-defined entity and just thorugh interactions figured out "hey maybe theyre a skunk" but never decided on gender...
But again, I didn't catch on at first. Until quite a bit later when I played them as a character

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town Not long after though it became a kitsune because A) I was a gigantic weeb and B) the shapeshifting nature appealed to me because I could not seem to feel comfortable despite the fact I thought foxes were rad as heck and my favourite animal, but even within that the design shifted about so much. I redrew myself many times, some more anime-nerdier than others. Heck one was based entirely off a pokemon sprite c_c; another was.. some kind of final fantasy cast off disaster.

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town aaaa I've got some strange similarities with that story! though mine's far more mundane. ^^; I think when I FIRST started out with the fandom, when I was first introduced, the sona I decided on was a silver fox (before I knew about the domestication experiment in siberia I think it is?) with angel wings (because of course) and a magic sword (because also of course). I had very similar hair to how my sona has now actually, also white. ^^

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town i keep forgetting my sona's height is smol when I am kinda on the tol side e_e; that part feels a bit "welp" but i keep reminding myself "No, stop. sure that isn't exactly how you are RL but everything else is 100% on point... i mean aside from the hair colour. and length. seriously you have butt-length, almost anime hair. BUT STILL".

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town I'm the same way about mine. When I finally realised Ren was me, or more accurately that I was Ren, it was... so liberating and so good. I mean granted I went from basic ass fox to ....well... a skunk... so not exactly very exciting at all either, but... it just...fits *^^*

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town I mean I'd love to see it but there's no way I'd be able to draw you I'm afraid ;w; I don't even have the fundamentals down. I started kinda too late in life without any clear idrection, but I really ought to practice, so... anyt ime I can get the spoons together for it I do try and draw. and I'll post them here. ^^

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town well, i do doodle occasionally I have that at least. the huion tablet I've got is great for that. ^^; though right now is not a good time to try drawing c_c; too distracted

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town well Iimean I could try but I'd totally wreck your character design in trying to draw it ;w; cause I wanted to draw you like, doing the cup game thing where there's teh three cups and you gotta pick which one but they all have little mini-versions of me under going "Hii! :D " and reaching up for a tiny hug.
