brain: *BUTSUTEKKAI AT FULL VOLUME*
...really brain? really? right now?

oh holy heck this is a good card reader. it only took like, 1 minute per gig basically o_o. it's still going but it's nearly done.

Welp that's 10 gig of roms transferring across. =w=

time to fill in a form o_o;

alriiiight found a utility to access the sd card, and it works FIRST TIME. :D All it allows me to do is read and copy from it, but that's all I need it for. ^^ and hopefully only the once c_c;

i love it when things just... work tho.

ah shit. okay., so uh...

turns out the microsd card very likely has all the data ON it, but it's locked behind what is effectively a linux system so my pc can't read it. which means the roms are ON there, but inaccessable so I need... to either boot the Rpi3b+ up with the card in and hope it actually boots (it very likely won't :| ), or I need to find some way to make it think I'm accessing it on a linux machine, and then copy the files across... hm.

uh... wait...

...it's reading this SINGLE microsd card as TWO separate usb drives. what the shit.

oh. guess the sd card is completely fubar. ;w;

shit...

... hff.

welp bye bye roms -_-;

i feel like if there isn't a jerkoff about it, then it's blessed :D

Me: ah well time to copy all my rom images off the microsd card so I can fresh reinstall the image and-

pc: this microsd card is not formatted. would you like to?

me: :blobcatoh:

oh heck I just found out my installation of Retropie won't work on the 3b+ because it's an older version. ._.;

so I gotta clean install it. heck. hm.

What a beauty. Such a well designed case, nothing shifting about or clattering or loose. Well ventilated and robust
