turns out

none of the pictures were corrupted. it just decided, randomly, that if I tried to print all of them, you know, so I wasn't sat there for ages doing each page of four individually, it would just send a few lines of ascii garbage instead and waste like eight sheets of paper on this bullfuck before it would jam and crash the printer.

had to try loading the piuctures onto a usb pen and the usb ports on my pc are apparently fucked because it RANDOMLY DISCONENCTED LIKE SIX TO SEVEN TIMES IN RAPID SUCCESSION AND CORRUPTED ALL THE FILES ON IT SO IT JUST PRINTED GARBAGE EVEN THOUGH I COULD OPEN ALL THE PHOTOS JUST FINE ON IT

windos 10 why are you so awkward about anything to do with networks you were supposed to make this shit easier but no you made it arcane and obtuse and completely fucking RANDOM whether it works or not

we have a printer, on the network, wired into a computer, it should be shared, but windows 10 likes to occasionally decide "lol no that printer doesn't exist any more time to set it up AGAIN"

This is a dragonfly, that wae saw in Japan. holy balls those fuckers were huge. BEAUTIFUL though! And there were so many of the damn things! I wish I could get a scale for you but I swear they were about three inches lon! bloody gigantic dragonflies!
