okay there is one downside to FONV. The "golden ending" is the one where you side with the NCR and help them take over the mojave in its entirety. An independant Mojave has its upsides, but basically it's mired in "well it just wouldn't work because you need militarised cops or else everyone will just murder and pillage as much as they like!" bullshit, which frankly is untrue. And that's kinda depressing, but eh... guess that's the fallout universe for ya.

Note: the Black Star Courier is an OC of mine technically speaking. She's... not actually human. "Canonically" she always wears a rebreather. That's mostly to deaden her intensely sensitive sense of smell, as it gives her sensory overload. Also she's got sharp pointy teefs - so it hides them too.

I think this is the one thing that's stopping me replaying FONV as much as I love that game and really want to. Just... god... installing mods is a chore in and of itself too. D:

Underrated - Hoooo fuck, how do you judge whether something is underrated or not?? Honestly for me it's probably Rage Racer on the PS1 by Namco. Specifically the track Silver Stream from it. https://youtu.be/TDIPGQWedvo Such a fuckin good ass jam, amazing beats, amazing melody, surprisingly relaxing for what is meant to be a high octane racing game lol. I probably like it so much because it reminds me of Outrun, but yeah, I played the shit outta Rage Racer.
