Hormones, health insurance, fundraising, emergency

I currently am uninsured in Germany and have 11 days left of testosterone blockers and don't know how I will get more. 4 weeks ago I was off of t blockers for a month and it fucked me up, the worst thing was hair on my face growing in, undoing many laser sessions work.

I want to go to London in the next 11 days, to get health care and an EHIC for Germany, and to make sure I don't go off t blockers again. But I have no money.

I have missed playing Burnout Paradise.I loved this game when I had it on PC but hated that all the DLC was locked off and unavailable to purchase by the time I got it. Ultimate edition my plush bottom.

So Remastered is not just great from that point of view to play, but it's silk smooth and looks amazing. Only issue is it apparently lacks any custom soundtrack capabilities?? Except sort of hackjobbing it by turning the music volume down and playing a spotify app over it or something. :<
